Code of Ethics and Professional Standards of Conduct

I acknowledge the importance of maintaining the highest ethical standards and professional conduct.  I am committed to upholding the values of integrity, respect, and responsibility. I attest to adhering to the following principles:

Section 1: Personal Integrity

  1. Honesty and Integrity
    • I will act with honesty and integrity in all my academic endeavors, including but not limited to completing assignments independently, unless otherwise instructed. I will avoid any form of cheating, plagiarism, or dishonesty.
  2. Accountability
    • I will take responsibility for my actions and decisions, understanding the importance of being accountable for my academic progress, behavior, and interactions within the RCP community.

Section 2: Academic Responsibility

  1. Commitment to Learning
    • I will engage actively and thoughtfully in all academic activities, attending required courses, completing assignments on time, and striving for academic excellence.
  2. Fairness in Assessment
    • I will participate in assessments with honesty, ensuring that all my work reflects my own abilities and efforts. I will respect the grading process and address any concerns in a respectful manner.

Section 3: Professional Conduct

  1. Appropriate Behavior
    • I will uphold appropriate behavior in all RCP-related activities, including during online learning sessions, and events, always maintaining a standard of professionalism

Acknowledgment

I, the undersigned, hereby attest that I have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the principles outlined in this Code of Ethics and Professional Standards of Conduct. I recognize that any violation of this code may result in disciplinary actions, including forfeiture of the ability to utilize the RCP mark and any fees paid for the course.


RCP Terms and Conditions

Payment for the Registered Compliance Professional (RCP ®) Certification program is required immediately upon enrollment or upon receipt of the invoice.

Enrollees are obliged to complete all courses within twelve (12) months of the initial program enrollment. Fees paid for courses that are not completed within this period shall be forfeited.

The application fee of $50.00 for enrollment in the Registered Compliance Professional (RCP ®) Certification is non-refundable.

Cancellation of Program Enrollment

Written notice of cancellation of program enrollment is permitted within 30 days of purchase. Candidates who cancel within 30 days of the purchase date are entitled to a full refund of enrollment fees paid, minus a $150 administrative fee, or a full refund of RCP credit to be used within six months from the purchase date. Any outstanding RCP credit not used within six months of the purchase date will be forfeited.

Except in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, no requests for refunds or credits can be processed unless written communication has been received within 30 days of purchase. Please email: [insert email address].
